– What are the delivery charges?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 499/-

And orders below Rs. 499 we levy a falt shipping fee of Rs. 50
– What is the estimated delivery time?

North India – 4 to 5 Days

West India – 2 to 3 Days

East/North-East India – 4 to 8 Days

South India – 4 to 6 Days
We try to ship most orders on the very next day after we receive the order. So in case you wish to cancel any order please try to do so on the same day you’ve placed the order.
– Where are we based out of?
We run and operate Baseus India Official Store from Mumbai, India. All our inventory is also stocked in Mumbai and that’s where we ship all our orders from.
– Are there any hidden charges or processing fees other than the order amount?
No, other than the final order amount shown on the final checkout page you do not have to pay any other charges for prepaid orders. For COD orders we shall levy nominal fee ranging from 1-2% of order value depending on the order value.
– What are the COD charges for Cash On Delivery Orders?

For orders of upto 500/- we levy a flat COD charge of Rs. 50/-

For orders between Rs.500-5000 we levy a flat COD charge of Rs.100/-

And for orders above Rs.5000/- the COD charge would be 2% of order value

Returns & Refund Policy
– Which orders are eligible for free returns?
Any order in which the customer has received a defective product or a completely wrong product is eligible for free returns at. However, the customer needs to the place the return request by filling in the form on the ‘Contact Us‘ page within 10 days of delivery of the product.
– How long is the return window?
You can initiate a return request for any order till 10 days after receiving the product. Then depending on whether your order is eligible for free or paid returns your request will be processed accordingly.
– Can you return products ordered by mistake or if you changed your mind?
Yes, we even accept return requests for wrongly ordered products or products that you think you don’t want after receiving delivery of the order. However, the return shipping cost for such orders need to be borne by the customer (at actual). We shall adjust the return shipping cost against the refund amount.
– How to place a return request?
Simply visit our ‘Contact Us‘ page and fill up the contact form. In the subject field you can mention Return request and your order ID. Alternatively, you can also reach out to us via email on ‘seller.lifeazy@gmail.com‘ or even send us an instant message on the chat box you can see at the bottom right corner of the website. Once we receive the request, we shall process the request and generate a return shipping label which will be shared with you over mail. Then all you need to do is pack the product the same way it was delivered to you in any secure packaging and paste this return shipping label on the package. The courier pick-up executive will then pick up the order from your address in the next available pick-up slot for your PIN Code.
– When will the refund be processed?
Once we receive the product we shall verify that the product is in good condition and has not been used and returned. The packaging also needs to be intact and in sellable condition. Once we’re satisfied the above conditions are met and the product isn’t damaged in any way we shall issue the refund within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product.
Payment Methods & Taxation
– Which payment gateway do we use?
We use some of industry’s leading payment gateways such as Razorpay & Paypal. These are 100% safe and secure and let’s customers pay via a number of options such as credit cards. debit cards, net-banking or even Upi. All major credit cards are accepted.
In case you do not have a credit or debit card you place COD orders for extra fee too.
– How to place COD orders?
Once you’re on the final checkout payment page simply select the ‘Offline Payment’ option and we shall process your order as a Cash On Delivery Order. Whatever the COD charge is (depending on your order value) shall be added to your total order amount which you’ll need to pay the delivery executive while accepting the delivery of your COD order.
– Can you get a GST Invoice?
Yes, we’d be more than happy to give you a GST invoice in the name of your company so you can claim GST input credit. In order to get a GST invoice on your purchase please remember to mention your GST details in the ‘Extra Notes’ section on the final checkout page. In case you have forgotten to do so while placing the order you could even write to us with your order ID and GST details within the same month that the order was delivered and we’d be glad to help you with a GST invoice.
– How will the refund be processed?
For prepaid orders the refund shall be issued via the same payment method that you used while paying for the order. In case of COD orders the refund could either be deposited into your bank account or any other digital wallet of your choice.
Warranty Policy
– Which products are covered under warranty?
All the products sold on Baseus India Offiicial Store except mobile cases and tempered glasses are covered under a replacement warranty of 6 Months – 1 year from the date of purchase.
– What are conditions under which any product will be eligible for warranty?

The product will not be eligible for replacement/repair in case of any physical damage to the product including water damage etc or if the warranty period has already passed.

The product needs to be purchased from us directly and you need to be able to present proof of purchase (such as invoice copy, order ID etc) if asked for.
– How to claim warranty?
In case you’re facing any issues with any product and need to claim warranty simply go over to our contact us page and fill up the contact form. In the subject field please mention ‘warranty claim’ along with your order ID and briefly explain the issue in the comment box. Once we receive the request we shall get in touch with you and guide you further as to how you can send the product back to us.
– Who will the bear the return and replacement shipping costs?
Please note that the shipping cost to send the damaged product back to us and the replacement product back to the customer shall be borne by the customer. Usually this doesn’t exceed Rs.100-200/
