How long is the return window?
You can initiate a return request for any order till 10 days after receiving the product. Then, depending on whether your order is eligible for free or paid returns, your request will be processed accordingly.
Can you return products ordered by mistake or if you changed your mind?

How to place a return request?

Once we receive the request, we shall process it and generate a return shipping label which will be shared with you over mail. Then all you need to do is pack the product the same way it was delivered to you in any secure packaging and paste this return shipping label on the package. The courier pick-up executive will then pick up the order from your address in the next available pick-up slot for your PIN Code.
When will the refund be processed?
Once we receive the product, we shall verify that the product is in good condition and has not been used or returned. The packaging also needs to be intact and in sellable condition. Once we’re satisfied the above conditions are met and the product isn’t damaged in any way, we shall issue the refund within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product.
